Nairobi: Same-day delivery (order by 4pm). Standard 2–3 hrs — KSh 300, or 1-hr priority — KSh 1,000.
Nairobi Environs: Same-day in the afternoon— KSh 500.
Rest of Kenya: Next-day via Fargo Courier — KSh 500.
International: Available through DHL Express. Contact us for rates

Returns & Happiness Guarantee

We want every gift to bring joy. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no fuss.

For non-perishable items (like mugs, accessories, and décor), returns are accepted within 7 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods (like flowers and food hampers) are not eligible for returns but are fully covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
