Where can I find gifts for delivery between 8th and 15th February?
All items available for delivery during the week of 8th February to 15th February can be viewed via this link

Can I customize my package?
Due to the busy nature of the season, we are not able to customize packages. Our expert florist and creative team have taken the time to create a variety of beautiful flowers and gift packages

What is the latest time to order?
We advise that you place your order as early as possible to avoid missing out on the great packages available. The latest time you can order is on the day of delivery if the address is within Nairobi and 2 days prior if the address is outside Nairobi.

Can I place an order via Whatsapp or Social Media?
During the peak period, we advise that you place your order via the website. Why? It is faster and more accurate. You also reduce your chances of having your order delayed due to high traffic of calls and chats. Our Customer Care agents will be glad to assist you in case you get stuck at any point. Can I get a photo of my package During this peak season,
we are not able to share photos of packages but you can be assured that what you picked on via our website is exactly what will be delivered. In case of any changes, our team will reach out to you.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. Deliveries outside Nairobi are made via Fargo Courier. Deliveries via Fargo Courier will be made within 2 working days.

What time will my package be delivered?
All deliveries that fall under Standard Nairobi wide Shipping will be done between 8am and 4pm.

Can I request for a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can specify the time you would like your package delivered and we will have a dedicated rider just for you. Please pick the Expedited Delivery option that costs KES.1000 under our shipping method options and we will have the package delivered at your preferred time (Please note all deliveries begin at 8am)

Can I change my address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address. We advise that you do so early to enable us to plan well for the delivery of your package. If your package has already been dispatched and would like to change the address, there may be a delay in a delivery as our delivery team will be required to completed all their deliveries at hand then bring back the package to our offices for it to be assigned again.
