Shipping & Delivery for Corporate Gifts

DO YOU MAKE CORPORATE GIFTS?

Yes! We partner with businesses to build long-term business relationships through creating gifts packages for End of year, Corporate Events, Clients, and/ or Corporate outreach. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFTS TO SHIP?

Our gifts are typically shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the quantities of the packages and delivery address. If being shipped outside Kenya, the timeframe will be communicated to you upon/ while placing the order. 


 HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

All gifts are shipped from our office at 5 Homabay Road, off Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi. Deliveries within Nairobi normally takes 2 to 3 hours at most depending on the delivery address and the gift package being delivered.

For deliveries outside Nairobi, to other towns such as: Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa, we ship via Wells Fargo courier at an extra cost of Ksh. 500. The delivery timeline is 1 to 2 working days upon dispatch.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes! We ship around the world with DHL Express.  

If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us at orders@purpink.co.ke we would be delighted to find just the right gift for you and help you ship it out at the very best rate.


WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking great! When and if your gift arrives damaged, working closely with our logistics team, we will recall the package, assess the damage and timely advise on the way forward. 
 

WHAT OPTIONS ARE THERE FOR GIFT PACKAGING?
Our gifts come packaged in different packaging options depending on the gift item that you select. Packaging includes gift baskets, gift boxes, wooden crates or wooden boxes and our branded gift bags.  If you are looking for something different in terms of packaging, or would like to incorporate your company’s logo on your gift, please get in touch with us at

ARE THE PRICES ON THE  WEBSITE BUSINESS PAGE FINAL OR NEGOTIABLE FOR CORPORATES?
We offer a discount percentage for our clients depending with the quantities ordered. Once you have selected a package, we will be able to share the discounted price with you. Our minimum quantity to qualify for a discount is 12 packages.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE DELIVERED?
In the event that you require a sample of an item or package, we will be happy to get you one. You will need to first purchase it, and we shall expedite its delivery to your address. 
 

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept M-pesa, Credit card and Cheque.

Please note we are only able to start processing an order once we are in receipt of payment.
