This golden brew is based on an Ayurvedic recipe for a cure all tonic that is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. Rich in turmeric, this tisane is believed to improve brain function, lower blood sugar levels and prevent cell damage due to its high level of antioxidants.
It is best enjoyed when warmed with non-dairy milk and is available as a loose leaf tea, loose powder or liquid concentrate.

How To Use
- Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per cup and steep at 100˚ C for 2 - 3 minutes to serve hot
- Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per cup of cold water, then cover and leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours, strain and serve.
